Returns
We hope you love your Qawarier piece. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Conditions for return

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

All tags and labels must remain attached.

For hygiene reasons, accessories and scarves cannot be returned.
How to return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@qawarier.com with your order number and reason for the return.
We will provide detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model, please contact us before returning it. Our team will guide you with availability and instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos and your order details and send them to info@qawarier.com, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
